I believe there is something magical that happens when an attuned, connected, and grounded therapist can hold the moment-to-moment arisings of a person's felt experience.

This is what I offer to my clients: A supported, safe, relational space for a unique, individual process to unfold with the inner healer at the helm. This healing work can be done in different ways: Relational Somatic sessions, Intuitive Massage treatments, multi-day psychedelic-assisted therapy work, or any combination of the three.

Relational Somatic Therapy
In a session, once the feeling of safety has been established, the client is encouraged to trust the natural emergence of whatever is alive for them. We follow the impluses and together, we co-create a new way of seeing, feeling, and being. Trusting the emergence of what the body is telling us is the heart of this work, remembering that the body is seen as the holder of all life experiences.​

Intuitive Massage & Reiki
I practice non-traditional Reiki
and follow the cues of the body.
My sessions can include:
Deep Tissue Massage,
Myofascial Release,
Craniosacral Therapy,
Listening Hands Therapy,
Shamanic Technology,
and Holistic Kinesiology.
To bring about the most benefit, I welcome my clients to be
active participants in this offering.
